Delilah is that kind of girl who you love to be with, even if it's for something small like a usual movie night. Delilah can lighten up a whole day just by smiling, not to mention the influence it has on other people.
Delilah likes to read and study, which is probably something she's got from both her parents. She has been raised to be a good girl, though Delilah, however, doesn't like being the good girl all the time and keeps herself often busy with this particular problem.
Will she drop the good girl image and turn bad? Or will she continue being as sweet as a rose? Only time will tell.
I was cold okay.
Taken by my beautiful best friend, Delilah Sherman.
Hil, is that my shirt? Looks good on you!
I think it was, and thank you. I think it’s still in my wardrobe.
You can keep it, my gift to a gorgeous tiny girl who happens to be my best friend!
All of these are made by the genius and gorgeous Hilary Smith.
Hilary took her cupcake and coffee off of Delilah and smiled as her best friend sat down opposite her. It had been a long time since they had done this, it’s one of the things she had missed most when she had been on holiday. She could tell that Delilah was looking forward to telling her something just by the look on her face. And she could also tell that the news she was about to hear would be of the good kind.
When Delilah explained to her that her mother had said it would be okay if she stayed over again soon, she actually squealed, attracting some attention from the people who currently inhabited the store. “I’ve missed staying around yours, it’s another of the things I missed whilst I was on holiday, I mean a month may not seem like a long time, but it really is” she replied with a massive smile on her face. “I’m taking it that you mean soon, like today or tomorrow soon?” she asked, knowing that the answer would be yes. “And trust you to have already made a plan” it really didn’t come to her surprise that she’d already made a plan, it was one of the many things she loved about her best friend.
When her best friend was wondering when she would be staying over, Delilah began to laugh. ”C’mon, Hilary, how long have you known me? Of course I mean today and of course I’ve already made several plans!” Delilah took a sip from her coffee so Hilary could have her moment to squeal and Delilah her moment to laugh. Hilary was always the one to squeal whenever she enjoyed something, though it was harder to get Delilah to squeal. It was possible though, with a huge library, a hot actor and a few more things.
Delilah put her cup back on the table and revealed several things of her plan. ”So, the plan is still very secret, even for you, my dearest Hilary, but I can reveal a couple of things. I was planning to eat at The Ivy tonight, have a drink at Matthew’s pub afterwards and then we head home to watch as many movies from one actor we both like. A lot.” Delilah chuckled as she took a bite from her cupcake and then decided to say something random. ”A question, Hilary. Do you know a guy named Adam? He goes to our school and is in a few of our classes.”

Wait, wait, wait. Delilah Sherman. I knew I know that name. Wow, hey there! You’ve grown up so much, just like my sister! You see, this is what happens when I go study in America, I miss out on all of you growing up!
Did you see some interesting things in America? I know my mum wanted to come with you, but she obviously had to stay at home. Well… if it makes you feel better, we still have pictures!

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.: The Perfect Plan | Hilary and Delilah
“Yes, I know. I know you too well” she replied, smiling at her best friend. She gave a small life when she said about old habits. There was no denying that Hilary loved her best friend and she always would, she’d be there for her no matter what, after everything that they’d been through. They trusted each other and were pretty much as close as two best friends could be, they told each other everything. She didn’t know what she’d do without her.
As they walked into the store, Hilary noticed how her best friend looked around and could tell that she was anxious. The store was fairly empty for the time of day and for that Hilary was grateful. She dislike crowded places with a passion. The two sat down at a table near the counter and she took her jacket off and placed it on the back of the chair. She was just going to get up and order, but Delilah was already doing so. “Okay, and yes I will have the usual, thank you” she replied.
Delilah leaned against the counter and managed to order everything they usually had quicker than normal, because it was fairly empty compared to other days. She also noticed that the employees were more at ease with this small crowd, something Delilah could understand very well and she knew that her friend did too. Within minutes she received her order and walked back to the table with the order. ”Here you go!” Delilah said as she handed Hilary her cupcake and her coffee. Then Delilah sat down and putted her own coffee in front of her as well as her cupcake.
”So the news I wanted to tell you…” Delilah made the whole news thing very mysterious and actually enjoyed that bit, she always did enjoy mystery wherever it was. ”My mum said it was fine if you wanted to stay over soon, just like old times.” Delilah said with a smile and knew that the ‘old times’ part was a little exaggerated because it had only been a month or so, but they stayed over at each others places ever since they were little, so not being able to do that for over a month seemed like a long time. ”I’ve already made a whole plan of what to do on my way over here.” It was no surprise to Hilary that Delilah had already made a whole plan, because she always did that, no matter what it was about.
Today I’m going to be teaching my students about the complex systems of the multitude of different and separate governments in each nation that consists of larger democratic and dictator-based rulings.
Sounds like fun! Are you my history teacher, too?
I believe so, Ms. Sherman. I’m probably one of the coolest teachers you’ll know, you know.
I still think my dad is a tad cooler, though I love history. Wait a minute… Toby? I haven’t seen you in so long! You’re my history teacher? That’s so cool!
